Why Join Up?

Northern Lincolnshire and Goole Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has created this site to give all employees quick and easy access to the Trust's full range of flexible staff benefits, as well as the ability to chat on-line with other staff on the Your Voice forums that are coming soon.

Registering with the site will also give you the ability to take part in the SuperDraw lottery - and have the chance to win one of the many monthly cash prizes or the one off annual SuperPrize!

The only information you need to be able to register is your NHS Mail address and your assignment number, which is on your payslip. If you do not know your NHS Mail address, please follow the instructions here or contact the IT Services Helpdesk on extension 8444 or 01724 290099. The IT Services Helpdesk is available Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.

Unlike most other corporate staff webpages this site is accessible from any computer, including non-Trust computers and smartphones, meaning you are able to access it outside of work. This is a secure site for our staff, members and volunteers only. Visitors who do not work for the Trust will only be able to access the home page, and only genuine staff Trust NHS Mail addresses and assignment numbers will succeed in granting access to the site meaning only our staff will benefit from the range of services we are offering.

The site is for the use of NLaG staff, Foundation Trust members and volunteers.

Under no circumstances should you divulge your Login details to a third party, including another member of staff, FT member of volunteer.

The benefits provided through this site are for the use of staff only.

Users of the Your Voice forum must abide by the acceptable usage statement. This can be found, and must be 'accepted' when entering the Your Voice forum pages on this site.

Breach of any of the terms and conditions may lead to disciplinary action and/or access to the site will be withdrawn for the individual/s concerned.

Security

This site directs you to suppliers' websites where you can apply for goods/services under the Trust's staff benefits scheme. It is these retailers that are responsible to you for the security of transactions.

Registered members must immediately inform the Trust if there is any reason to believe that a user ID or password has or is likely to become known to someone not authorised to use it or is being or is likely to be used in an unauthorised way.

Registered members are responsible for the security and proper use of all user IDs and passwords used in connection with the website and must take all necessary steps to ensure that they are kept confidential, secure, used properly and not disclosed to unauthorised people.

The Trust reserves the right to suspend user ID and password access to the website if at any time it considers that there is or is likely to be a breach of security.

The Trust reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to require members to change any or all of the passwords used by you in connection with the website.

Liability

The Trust excludes all liability of any kind in respect of:

  1. Any material on the Internet which can be accessed via the website and is not responsible in any way for any goods (including software) or services provided by third parties advertised, sold or otherwise made available by means of the service or on the Internet;
  2. The Trust is not liable either in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for the acts or omissions of other providers of goods or services or for faults in those goods or services.

Privacy and Data Protection

Cookies are tiny data files that are stored on your hard drive by websites that help to improve your user experience by improving functionality and tracking your activity on the site. Cookies cannot read other files on your computer, nor can they harm your computer.

Cookies are contained within your web browser and are triggered when you enter a website. As a registered member cookie information is used to automatically log you in to our website when revisiting, and provide us with a date of last entry. By registering with the staff benefits portal you are accepting the use of cookies.

We do not make any personally identifiable information available to other companies or individuals for their contact purposes. Your NHS Mail address and your assignment number (found on your payslip) are required when registering with this site.

If you change your NHS Mail address, you will need to update your details. Please also remember to inform payroll if you change your name.

Use of the website

Copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights, as applicable, protect the website content. Members must not and must not permit anyone else to copy, store, adapt, modify, transmit, distribute, perform, play or show in public, broadcast or publish any part of the content, and the content may only be used for a members own purposes.

Should a user have any complaint, problems or concerns regarding the purchase of goods and services whose details appear on the service, then members agree to take up that matter directly with the vendor of the goods or services in question. The Trust shall have no liability whatsoever for such goods (including software) and services.
